What is your typical process for working with a new client?

New couples will work with one of our Client Development Associates to learn about the Cescaphe Wedding Experience and set up tours at Cescaphe venues that will best fit their style, guest count and budget.

Cescaphe is most excited to offer a full wedding experience. At Cescaphe your wedding is more than just one day. You will work with an entire team of experts throughout the entire planning process to help you create a wedding day that is uniquely yours.

What makes your business stand apart?

Our wedding experience is all-inclusive, allowing couples to relax and enjoy the planning process, knowing that no matter what customizations they make throughout the planning process, they will have a premium wedding at the same price per person they originally agreed to, while also receiving the highest in quality and service. Our price per person includes both tax and service fees as well as enhancements that are considered upgrades at other venues.

”If I could give Cescaphe 100000 stars I would. Every detail was perfect and it’s clear they know how to throw a GREAT wedding. From the start, they gave us a planning checklist for what we had to accomplish over the next year (e.g., 12-month mark, 8-month mark, and so on). We also had various scheduled planning calls with a Planning Coordinator and an Event Manager who helped us with every last detail of making our wedding perfect such as timeline, entree selections, our cake, etc. On wedding day, we also had a Maitre D, who checked in on us and got us cocktails when we needed, water when needed, and also prepared a beautiful spread of cocktail hour highlights post ceremony where we had a moment to ourselves. Overall, unreal experience with Cescaphe and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get married in the Philadelphia area. Thank you Cescaphe team for everything!”

"My husband and I got married at Vie by Cescaphe and to say the night was perfect would be the understatement of the century. We had heard so much about Cescaphe before we booked with them but had never been to a Cescaphe wedding before. And to be honest, we were a little worried. We're not over-the-top type of people, and our family and friends are from a variety of backgrounds. We wanted to create a great experience for all of our guests that was luxurious, but still felt accessible. We knew that our day would be great, but we doubted that one company could do everything perfectly. We were wrong. Every step of the process was so incredibly professional and easy. We could not go 30 seconds without someone telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Every bite of food was out of this world, from the steak and lobster tails down to the cookies that came with the coffee. Our cake was more perfect than I could have dreamed. Our parents were gob smacked that they had their own server, and every worker we encountered was so kind. Our incredible planner and maître d rolled with the punches of us moving the ceremony indoors because of an unexpected torrential downpour. Our group showed up to the venue early to escape the weather, and we took over the space while everyone was still getting ready. Cescaphe greeted us with open arms and plates of food. Everyone at Cescaphe was so, so warm and professional with us throughout the process. We truly feel like they listened to attentively and created the best day of our lives -- a day we and all of our guests could truly enjoy. We simply cannot recommend them more."
