What is your typical process for working with a new client?

We begin the process with a complimentary consultation, delving deep into our client's aspirations, character, and budget, establishing a personal connection from the outset. Following this, we meticulously tailor a bespoke proposal, elucidating every facet of the envisioned event decor.

Next, we invite our clients to our studio, where we collaborate to personally curate their desired elements for the event - be it flowers, candles, vases, lighting, or drapery. Here, we engage in intricate discussions about design aspects, ensuring a seamless alignment with their vision, personality and budget.

Once the selections are made, our team assumes responsibility for all logistical aspects. On the day of the event, our meticulous preparations come to fruition, with every detail executed according to the agreed-upon plan. From setup to breakdown, our team orchestrates the proceedings with finesse, streamlining the entire process and instilling unwavering confidence in our ability to transform their event into a truly unforgettable occasion.
