What is your typical process for working with a new client?
Getting Started ~ Give us a call to discuss the details and vision for your big day.
Venue Tour ~ Schedule a tour with your event manager
72-hour hold ~ We create your custom contract and hold your date for three business days.
Securing Your Date ~ Return the deposit and signed contract to seal the deal.
Chef’s Tasting ~ Join us for our quarterly tasting event to experience how your caterer cooks with skill, passion, and quality ingredients!
Deposit Installment ~ Depending on the location, 30% of your estimated balance is due (9) months & (6) months prior to your wedding date, or 50% of your estimated balance is due (6) months before your wedding.
Menu Update Meeting ~ Meet with your Event Manager (6) months before your wedding to finalize the menu, and discuss the floorplan layout, design details, vendors, day-of logistics, linen colors, and any questions you may have.
Final Meeting ~ Meet with your Event Manager and Day-of Event Coordinator (2) weeks prior to your wedding to do a final walk through of the venue and review every last detail in preparation for the big day. Final Count and Payment will be due.
The Big Day! ~ Enjoy a picture-perfect, seamless, stress-free day that will create unforgettable memories and leave your guests raving for years to come!

Hours of operation
Office hours are Mon-Fri - 8a-4p. Evenings and Saturdays are by appointment.
Event hours are anytime except Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year's Day.
