Top Producers: Client Info Form

Top Producers is a formatted ad section in the July issue of Philadelphia magazine exclusively for the region’s leading real estate agents. Each profile includes a professional photo taken by our team, information about you and your business, and business contact information. Please look through the deadlines below closely and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Important Deadlines

May 15th: Fill out this form with information for your profile as soon as possible, or no later than the 15th. We’ll be in touch promptly to schedule your photoshoot. Note: Hair and makeup will not be provided. While we will lightly edit your photo before it goes to print, photoshop is not included.

May 17th: Your photoshoot should take place no later than the 17th. You’ll sign off on your image choice at the photoshoot, and the photographer will send us an edited version of your choice. Once we have your image and your interview responses, we’ll get to work making your profile.

May 27th: Expect to receive a proof of your profile by this week. You’ll have about 48 hours to review the profile with your team and provide us any edits and feedback. We can make up to two rounds of changes to your profile.

May 31st: Final sign-off on your profile is due by end of day.

June 24th: The issue is on sale! Make sure to check out the Top Producers special section to see your profile.

  • If you're receiving an agent profile, provide the name of the agent. If you're receiving a company profile, provide the name of your company.
  • Draft body copy for your profile. You may focus on whatever you prefer, but here are a few questions to get your started: How did you get into the real estate industry? Who are your inspirations? What's made you successful in the industry? For spreads, draft about 400 words. For full-page ads, draft about 350 words with spaces. For half-page profiles, draft about 75 words. Note: Your copy will be edited for Philly Mag style guidelines and voice, and will appear in the third person. This helps the section feel cohesive and native.
  • Draft a few sentences about what you focus on at your firm, such as condos, business sites or single-family homes.
