Don’t Miss Out: The Philadelphia Orchestra Is Holding a Bunch of Pop-Up Concerts Today
Musicians from the Philadelphia Orchestra are holding free pop-up concerts across the city today after they called a strike before last Friday’s traditional Opening Night Gala.
To make amends, members of the orchestra are holding 20 concerts by small ensembles through 7:30 p.m. today, in locations like the Reading Terminal Market, the Free Library’s Rittenhouse Square branch, Temple University and The Porch at 30th Street Station.
