Clements has made no qualms about the fact that she’s a Swift fan: Her Instagram bio reads: “Taylor Swift is my idol because we both have something in common ~ Living our Wildest Dreams and Shaking It Off in Style.” Her family even started a hashtag, #DelaneyMeetTaylor, in an effort to raise public awareness over both Neuroblastoma and Clements’ wish to meet Swift.
Swift took to her personal Instagram account to post a collage of her meeting with Clements, with the simple caption, “Merry Christmas Baby:”
