WATCH: Taylor Swift Kicks Butt in Fight Training Video—and at VMAs

Today on Instagram, Taylor Swift released a video of her fight-training for her latest video, “Bad Blood.” TMZ calls her a terrible MMA fighter, but I don’t know, she looks pretty tough to me. I mean, sure, she’s swinging and missing like crazy, but that swing (and kick!) is pretty fierce.

In other Taylor Swift kick-butt news, the Wyommissing native leads the pack in the 2015 MTV Video Music Award nominations. She’s recognized in nine categories, including Video of the Year, Best Collaboration and Art Direction for “Bad Blood,” which you can watch below.
