PHOTOS: 84th Annual Easter Promenade on South Street

Rabbits on stilts, marching bands and costume-clad pooches hit the South Street / Headhouse District yesterday afternoon for the 84th annual Easter Promenade. Organizers say the event brought out record crowds to revel in the Easter Sunday sunshine, estimating 2,500 to 3,000 revelers showed up.
