On Saturday night, while Billy Joel was entertaining fans at Citizens Bank Park (see photos and videos from the Billy Joel show here), Miley Cyrus was doing her very different thing at the Wells Fargo Center.
For $995, fans were able to purchase Live Nation’s Miley Cyrus Meet and Greet Package, which included a photo op with the star. (Note the Flyers logo in the background… and, is that a sex doll?!?!) This fan took the opportunity to grab her breasts. No word on whether he asked for permission first.
