“It’s much different than the live entertainment people are used to,” says Cescaphe Event Group founder and CEO Joe Volpe. “We’re bringing in acrobatic entertainment that many guests have seen at cirque shows in the past. Now they’re coming to a wedding and they glance up and there’s an aerialist floating above the bar.”

While Jewelz Entertainment has almost 50 different categories of live entertainment to choose from, Volpe recommends champagne hostesses with tiered dresses of drinks, live red carpets for your wedding party and guests to snap magazine-worthy photos, fresh-oyster shuckers, giant greeters and any of the assortment of aerial performers and ribbon dancers. As a bride and groom celebrating at Tendenza can attest, the dancers ensured a high-energy atmosphere for their guests and could only be described as “crowd pleasers.”

To pull off these impressive feats, Volpe said they’ve started installing the necessary equipment at a few of their featured venues including Tendenza, Curtis Center and the Cescaphe Ballroom.

Volpe said their years of experience in wedding and event planning has made them experts on classic by-the-book nuptials, but their foray into unique entertainment is just another example of their tireless dedication to client satisfaction and making the big day even bigger.

“It’s a really incredible guest experience that is like no other,” Volpe said.
