Corvettes at Carlisle: More than a Car Show

We lucked out again! Carlisle, Pennsylvania is once again hosting the world’s largest Corvette extravaganza: the legendary Corvettes at Carlisle from August 22 – 24!  Not just the biggest and best ‘Vette show in the world, this is a Corvette festival.  Immerse yourself in over 5,000 Corvettes from every era. You’re bound to discover something new, something rare, and Corvettes at Carlisle will promise you’ll never again say, “All Corvettes are red!” In fact, Chevrolet named the 2012 paint color “Carlisle Blue.”

Experience autocross, burnout contests, test drives, and special displays located throughout the grounds. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a first-timer you’ll be blown away by all the opportunities at the event. Keep your own ‘Vette in prime condition by picking up parts and accessories from one of the many vendors at the Manufacturer’s Midway. This year features even more to do with the special Corvette Race Reunion showcasing racing Corvettes from every era.

Bringing the family? They’ll be clamoring to go when you run down the events they’ll get to enjoy. The kids will love the crafts and concerts over in the play area while women Corvette lovers can take a break from seeing their favorite cars by heading to the women’s oasis. Daily admission is just $15 from Thursday thru Saturday, with a special Sunday price of $10. Children under 12 are admitted free all weekend. True enthusiasts who want to experience everything can pick up an event pass for just $35 and spend the weekend indulging in everything Corvette. At the largest Corvette event in the world there’s so much to do you’ll feel one day just isn’t enough.
