The Three Cheese Focaccia

Ingredients:

Prima Donna Cheese

Handmade Mozzarella Cheese

Fresh Ricotta

2 Slices – Tomato Focaccia Bread

Butter/Spread

Directions:

Heat a large griddle or nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Spread butter evenly over one side of each bread slice. Place two slices of Tomato Focaccia Bread, buttered side down, on griddle or in skillet. Layer three cheeses on bottom slice of bread, top with Fresh Ricotta Cheese and the top slice of bread, buttered side up. Cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Highly suggested to serve with tomato soup for a satisfying slurp. Enjoy!
