Workout Gear: Lululemon’s Wunder Under leggings. “I have been wearing yoga tights for 16 years, and nothing compares to these.”
Accessory:My engagement watch. I wanted a watch instead of a ring when my husband and I got engaged. It represents the time we have together.”

Binge-Watching: Master of None.
I Practice Yoga: “Two to three times a week. Four times is a miracle.”
Gadget: Vitamix. “Every morning I make a green smoothie for my son, Theo, and me.”
I Never Go to Sleep Without: “Saying goodnight to my husband. He travels for work, so whether he’s lying next to me or in another city, we always say goodnight.”
Personal Mantra: “You are the company you keep, so keep good company.”

Mode of Transportation: “I prefer to use my feet as much as possible. I love my Nike Flyknit Racers.

Favorite Restaurant: Banh Mi and Bottles in Bella Vista. “We always order the Long Goodbye cocktail, brisket buns, the Obama vermicelli bowl and wings.”
Outdoor Activity: Walking around Philly. “I love the grounds at Carpenters’ Hall. It’s quiet and clean and so historic.”
