Stop What You’re Doing: Skirt Boutique Is Coming to Rittenhouse

Great retail news for Rittenhouse shoppers: Skirt Boutique — the Bryn Mawr/Stone Harbor haven for upscale contemporary womenswear and accessories — is opening a third outpost at 212 South 17th Street, formerly home to luxe bedding store Duxiana.

In a press release, owner Maureen Doron explained the Center City move: “Skirt offers a curated collection of the best designers perfect for women raising their families in the city who need great casual clothes to look chic everyday, as well as for career women of Philadelphia, who always need to look both polished and fashion-forward.”

The store is expected to open in September. For now, you can get your fix through the boutique’s shopping box service (read about it here), or by visiting its Main Line and Shore outposts.
