Stone Harbor is the younger and (just slightly) tonier of the two boroughs that share Seven Mile Island. And like many an upstart, it has something to prove.
After seeing this spectacular beachfront property in the borough’s southern reaches, however, I’d say it has nothing left to prove. If this isn’t “The Shore at Its Best” (Stone Harbor’s motto), I have no idea what is.

Listing agent Jack Vizzard of BHHS Fox & Roach refers to this Stone Harbor beachfront house for sale as “Malibu East,” and it has loads of California cool about it. But you’ll find as you look at the photos that this house still has a very Jersey soul.
