Reader Scott Taxin of Francisville writes, asking about his abode, which he has recently listed for sale:

“Was wondering if there was any way my house could be profiled? Any help would be greatly appreciated!”

Thanks for asking, Scott, and here you go. It helps that the house you called to my attention has several extra elements of style added to it.

For starters, the exterior’s really nice for a garage-front. The setback entry both gives the master bedroom its own private balcony and breaks up what would otherwise be a rather monotonous street wall.

Inside, the house is built for those who love to entertain. I’m pretty sure Scott’s friends will miss his living here, for it has some pretty nice features, some of which come with the house and others you may be able to persuade him to leave with you.
