We began this week’s rental roundup thinking we would showcase the five most expensive properties for rent in Delaware County right now.
Sure enough, all of them were houses. But one of them was a listing in Drexel Hill that advertised itself as a “furnished corporate rental unit…available on short-term basis.”
So know that if you’re planning to stay for a short spell in this area — say, for a month to a year — and you’re looking for a furnished house whose owner may also bundle the utilities with the rent, there’s a potential pied-à-terre with six bedrooms, three full and one half baths, 2,951 square feet of interior space and (very) basic furniture in okay shape in Drexel Hill waiting for you for $4,950 per month.
The other five houses — all but one rent for more than this amount — are at the very least attractive, well maintained and in excellent condition. And some of them come with their own furniture.

This might just be the perfect match between listing agent and property.
