Trinity Tuesday: New Order in NoLibs for $225K
Usually, the order of rooms in a four-story (three floors plus basement) trinity run, from bottom to top:
Kitchen in the basement. Living room on the street floor. Bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. Larger bedroom up on top.
In this vintage yet up-to-date Northern Liberties trinity, the deck has been reshuffled.
Here, the kitchen is the room you see when you walk through the front door. Downstairs, where you’d usually find the kitchen, is one of this trinity’s two bedrooms and a half bath.
Above the kitchen is the living room. Here you will also find this home’s bathroom and its laundry.
The top floor contains the skylit master bedroom.
Both bedrooms have built-in shelving and closets for convenient storage, and the kitchen is outfitted with the latest stainless steel appliances.
It also has a lot of the funky style that trinity devotees love: exposed brick, beamed ceilings, vessel vanities in the bathrooms and cool lighting in the kitchen. (Don’t try lighting fires in the fireplaces, though — they’re sealed.)
It’s also conveniently located just around the corner from the shops and restaurants on 2nd Street and a short walk from Spring Garden El station.
If this home floats your boat, however, you should know that it has a tenant occupying it until July 15.
