Hotels are a hot topic ’round these parts. The W is seemingly on the way. The Four Seasons is closed (and moving into the clouds at the CITC) and Carl Dranoff’s SLS will be an ultra-exclusive condo/boutique hotel tower on South Broad Street. You know who did that live-in-a-luxury-hotel-with-all-of-its-perks thing first? The Rittenhouse Hotel, which is now the top hotel on the scene in Philly now that The Four Seasons is out of commission.

Unit #2503 recently underwent a little bit of a reduction to the tune of $10,000. While 764 square-feet may not seem so posh, the west and north facing views are stellar and the amenities at The Rittenhouse are pretty difficult to top, even if you have to pay a little extra for a spa treatment or room service.

The large windows floor the living area with light and the hardwood floors are another key feature for the space. Sure, the large kitchen and bathroom are in need of some upgrades, but you could always open up the floor plan to make this one helluva swanky bachelor pad.

THE FINE PRINT:
