Market Report: Philly Rentals Went Up Last Month
The increase brought Philly into the "Top 10" for 1-bedroom median rents in the U.S.

You can check out Zumper’s full report here, but if you just want the gist of it, here it is: prices for 1-bedroom rentals in Philadelphia rose by 7.7% in November.
Philly had previously dropped from Zumper’s list of top 10 median rental markets in the country back in October. November, however, saw our city come “back with a punch” with the average 1-bedroom going for $1,400 and 2-bedrooms for $1,500.
