There’s 24 acres of land in Chester County that together make up Delchester Farm, a property that’s been on the market since last June. It must be the price that’s kept it in want of an owner for so long because by the looks of its video tour (included below), the home is lovely, and so is its fieldstone bank barn, stone guest house, 4-car garage with a second floor apartment, and swimming pool.

Among the usual home features, the main dwelling also includes a conservatory, kitchen with adjacent morning and breakfast rooms, an office, recreation room, and a master bedroom with his & her master bathroom (“her” bathroom was originally the master bedroom, to give you an idea of its size). Plus, there’s a pantry whose expanse might as well deem it a room.

Built in 1795, the property has since undergone extensive renovations. The barn, for example, had an arched entrance added in 1999 and includes 13 stalls, a wash stall, and a tack room.
