Looks like this might have sold overnight.

Just yesterday we told you about about this terrific Bella Vista home owned by Haviv David, founder of Mama’s Vegetarian. It went on the market June 11th, and is now off of Zillow.com and listed as “Pending Sale” on Redfin. Now, it’s possible that it’s simply been removed from the MLS, but it’s also equally possible that the combination of this terrific home and the scarcity of inventory in Bella Vista combined to create the perfect storm for the seller.
