Brandywine Realty Trust’s  Grove at Cira Centre South at 31st and Market, designed by Cira Centre architect Cesar Pelli and Erdy McHenry Architects, now has renderings, and Matt Stringer of Philadelphia Real Estate Blog posted them today. This is going to shake up the skyline, so it hasn’t been without controversy.

Here’s what the one-bedroom student apartment dwellers will get in terms of amenities:
