About

Since 1861, Gwynedd-Mercy Academy Elementary has been a beacon of academic excellence, recognized as a three-time National Blue Ribbon School. The innovative, hands-on learning approach includes Responsive Classroom™ strategies. A Greenhouse and a Nature Nook Outdoor classroom fosters environmental awareness.

As a member of Mercy Education, this teacher-directed and student-centered program nurtures leadership and compassion through grade-level service learning. Middle school electives, honors Math and ELA, a full-time primary science teacher, and a robust STEM program are marks of distinction.
