Head to Fond on Mischief Night for a Pork-Centric Dinner
When you think of Mischief Night — the night before Halloween, when the big kids get up to no good — you probably think of eggs and toilet paper.
At Fond, as it turns out, they think of pork — and they’re serving up a Mischief Night Pig Dinner in collaboration with Joncarl Lachman of Noord this Monday, October 30th.
Chef-owner Lee Styer and Lachman have collaborated on a five-course seasonal meal around pork that will more than make up for whatever the neighborhood kids might throw at your house while you’re out for the evening, with Lachman contributing the second and fourth courses. Chef Jessie Prawlucki is even incorporating pork into the night’s dessert.
In addition to the fabulous tasting menu, 2017’s best server in Philly, Noord’s Luis Pedrogo, will be moonlighting at Fond that night, too.
The dinner is $75 per guest, with the option to add a $30 wine pairing as well. There’s just one seating — cocktails start at 6:30 p.m., with dinner beginning at 7 p.m.
