Philly Gives: Client Informational Form

Philly Gives is a celebration of businesses that are pitching in to make our city the best it can be through generous support of nonprofits, donating time and encouraging others to follow their lead. Philly Gives will also highlight area charitable organizations. Your profile will include a Q&A with a representative from your company, photos of your team giving back and/or volunteering, stats about your company’s charitable giving and company contact info.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

October 10: Fill out this form completely by end of day.

October 12: Keep an eye out for an email from a Philadelphia magazine writer with interview questions.

October 17: Interview responses are due by end of day.

October 25: Expect to see a proof of your profile for your review.

October 29: Any feedback or corrections to your profile are due. Once we get your feedback, we’ll aim to send you a new proof within 48 hours. Please make sure to gather all feedback into one, clear email as we can only make up to three rounds of changes.

November 2: Final sign-off on your profile is due by end of day.

November 26: The issue is on sale! Make sure to check out the Philly Gives special section to see your profile and learn how other companies in the region are making an impact.
