This Philly Bride Wore Black to Her Glam Tendenza Wedding
Plot twist: the bridesmaids wore white.

We said it once, and we’ll say it again: If you live in or around Philly, you’ve more than likely been to a Cescaphe wedding. This Tendenza wedding, photographed by Philip Gabriel, is another example of the glam events put on by the Cescaphe team — and stands out thanks to the bride’s one-of-a-kind Mira Zwillinger gown.
Stephanie Haas and Michael Cottone’s love story has stood the test of time. The pair met during the eighth grade in an enrichment class — they say their first date was at a Sixers game with middle-school friends — and have been together ever since.
After 13 years, and many life changes, together, Michael planned a surprise proposal for Stephanie at Assembly, the rooftop lounge and cocktail bar atop the Logan Hotel. Prior to Assembly opening for the day, Michael was granted access to the lounge and laid a trail of rose petals. Upon his arrival with Stephanie later on, he popped the question, then the pair celebrated with their families.
On October 13, 2018, Stephanie and Michael wed in front of 180 guests at Cescaphe’s Tendenza. The glamorous event featured a mirrored aisle runner and plenty of orchids as well as “Treat Yo’ Self” take-home cake boxes, pretzels and French Fry Bar treats. The couple danced for the first time as husband and wife to “Yellow” by Coldplay.
While Stephanie and Michael each had their own favorite detail from the Big Day — for her, the invitations; for him, the end-of-the-night snack from French Fry Bar — the most touching moment of the wedding was something they shared: their written vows to one another.
