Taylor Swift Was the Maid of Honor in Her Best Friend’s PA Wedding on Saturday
Taylor Swift had quite the exciting week last week: Fresh off a successful night at the Grammy’s, she celebrated yet another momentous occasion—her best friend’s wedding! Swift’s longtime childhood friend Britany Maack tied the knot in Reading on Saturday and the songstress served as her Maid of Honor.
Both Swift and the bride looked beautiful in Reem Acra gowns, while the rest of the bridal party sported Philly’s own BHLDN. And get this: local makeup artist and PW pal Aleksandra Ambrozy beautified Maack for the Big Day. “Britany was a sweet, lovely and easygoing bride,” Ambrozy tells us. “She had a large bridal party, as she wanted to include everyone she loved in this special day, and she and Taylor are definitely very close.”
Plus, EBE Events & Entertainment’s band Milan 77 played the reception—we’re told Swift sat in with the band for a few songs and gave every band member a hug and kiss after her set—and Weckerly’s was there serving mini ice cream sandwiches.
