Brides, Rejoice: Sarah Jessica Parker Will Next Offer Wedding Shoes

In February of this year, Sarah Jessica Parker, a popular actress but also a very fashionable lady who is quite possibly most frequently associated with fabulous footwear, launched her debut shoe collection, which she designed in collaboration with Manolo Blahnik CEO George Malkemus. (And it’s cute!)

And now, she’s got some more fun shoe news specifically for brides: She’s launching styles just for you!

Come this spring, some of the most popular styles from the SJP shoe collection will come in colors specifically designed with brides in mind—in fact, the styles will debut under the Zappos Wedding Shop before rolling out to other retailers—in shades of white, ivory and blue, and in leather, satin and grosgrain. You can scoop a pair up to complete your wedding-day look to the tune of $355 to $545.

I’m not sure if any bridal shoe will ever replace this one in my mind when I think of SJP and, well, bridal shoes—but I am very willing to entertain new options. Looking forward to seeing pics—and sharing them with you!—when they’re out.
