Ira Payne Bishop, 38, was last seen at Harrah’s Casino in Chester more than two weeks ago.
Philadelphia police are searching for a man who has been missing for more than two weeks.
A police K-9 team and the man’s relatives scoured Fairmount Park in the rain on Sunday night after a Dodge Challenger belonging to 38-year-old Ira Payne Bishop of Claymont, Del., was found burned in the park. 6ABC reports that several articles of clothing were also found nearby, not far from Randolph Drive, though it’s not sure if they’re connected to Bishop’s disappearance.
Bishop, who has a three-year-old daughter, was last seen at Harrah’s Casino in Chester more than two weeks ago. His family told FOX29 that he wouldn’t have any reason to go to Fairmount Park.
