Police Search for Prisoner Who Escaped From Temple Hospital
Officials say Alex Alvarado fled from custody around 1 p.m. on Thursday.

Police are searching for a prisoner who reportedly escaped from Temple University Hospital on Thursday.
Officials say Alex Alvarado was in custody when he fled the hospital around 1 p.m. He was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly stealing a vehicle.
Alvarado is described as a 46-year-old black man, 5’6″ tall and 170 pounds, with tattoos on his arms.
