On Saturday, December 10th, DVLF had celebrated the 10th anniversary of its annual holiday toy-giving event “TOY” at Top of the Tower, 1717 Arch Street. The house was packed as many from the city’s lGBTQ community mingled and networked with various nonprofit leaders.
