WATCH: Police Seek Frankford Shooting Suspect

Philadelphia Police are seeking a middle-aged man they say shot at a younger man early Tuesday in Frankford.

According to police, the shooting took place at 6:19 a.m. Tuesday in front of Sugar and Spice, 4801 Frankford. The surveillance video showed the suspect pull up in a four-door gray or silver sedan with tinted windows, exit the car, and start shooting.

A 24-year-old man was shot, but survived, and spoke to police at Aria Hospital-Frankford Campus. The nature of his injuries was not described.

The suspect is described as a black male in his late 40s or 50s, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
