The South Philadelphia native, who took his last name after the South Philly street he grew up on, was shot this morning in Pleasantville.
Rapper Beanie Sigel was shot down the shore this morning in Pleasantville. He is currently in surgery.
Police tell NBC 10 the rapper, a South Philadelphia native who took his last name after the street he grew up on, was shot at 9:30 this morning after an argument.

According to the Press of Atlantic City, “Sigel was shot in the torso and transported to AtlanticCare Regional Medical Center’ city campus.” A second victim is said to have refused medical treatment.
A source tells Fox 29’s Dave Schratwieser Sigel was not the intended target.
