TONIGHT: Boxers PHL Kicks Off New Thursday Night Happy Hour, #TBT
Here’s something fun to cure today’s rainy day blahs:
New Gayborhood sports bar Boxers PHL is easing into the game with its first weekly event, an every-Thursday happy hour called #TBT.
Boxers PHL rep George Maestre tells me the happy hour will feature a “half plus one” special, which means you pay full price for one drink and you’ll get the second one for a measly dollar.
That sounds fabulous, but where does the #TBT theme come in?
Well, over the speakers. Every week there will be a special playlist dedicated to tunes from days gone by—from the disco-fueled ’70s (hi, Donna and Diana) on up to the early-aughts (Britney and Christina, please.)
#TBT starts tonight and will continue every Thursday between 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
