Remember when a man and a woman stole Christmas decorations from a South Philly stoop last December? Well, another bandit has made off with a Halloween decoration from a stoop on the exact same block.
No doubt residents of the 1100 block of Fitzgerald Street in South Philadelphia are reeling from this latest incident, which occurred last Thursday at 3:24 a.m. Check out the surveillance video released by the Philadelphia Police Department. It has a soundtrack. We can only assume that they got permission from Danny Elfman and Tim Burton.
