Police: These Crooks Stole Chi-Chi the Pomeranian!!!

The Philadelphia Police Department just released this video, which shows the ne’er-do-wells that stole Chi-Chi (aka Chispa) the Pomeranian from the 1900 block of Girard Avenue:

Here’s what the police are saying about the horrific crime:

Central Detective Division is looking to identify and locate the suspects wanted for a residential burglary in Francisville.

On July 30, 2014, at 12:00am, two unknown males entered the complainant’s residence located on the 1900 block of West Girard Avenue Once inside the suspects took the complainant’s 4 year old Pomeranian dog named Chispa aka Chi-Chi, a flat screen television, and a Microsoft X-box 360. Surveillance video recovered depicts two unknown males walking to and from the complainant’s residence. One of the suspects is carrying a large flat screen television, while the other is walking a small dog away from the complainant’s residence.

Suspect Description: Suspect #1: Male, unknown race, wearing a light colored baseball hat, light colored t-shirt, dark colored shorts, light colored sneakers, and carrying a large flat screen television.

Suspect #2: Male, unknown race, wearing all dark clothing, dark colored back pack, and walking a small dog on a leash.
