Movie Night
With another round of snow (maybe) coming through tonight, you might want to ditch the going-out plans for a cozy movie night. Two films from Philly distribution company Breaking Glass Pictures are available for rental and instant streaming starting today: Campaign of Hate: Russia & Gay Propaganda, Michael Lucas's exposé on the LGBT injustices in Russia, is available for rent a week before its release on DVD on April 1st. Snag it for $4.99 here. Coming-of-age comedy Geography Club, a favorite at last year's QFest, was released on DVD today, and you can stream it instantly on Netflix here.

Miss Fish 2014
Yours truly is serving as a judge in Josh Schonewolf's Miss Fish 2014, a pageant looking for Philly's fishiest (read: most woman-like) drag queen. Joining me at the judges' table are Chatterblast founder Matthew Ray, Drag Official editor Phil Orlando, and our 2013 pick for Best Bartender, the vivacious Ashley Coleman, and others. Philly's Christian-est queen, Bev, hosts. Wednesday, March 26th, 9 p.m., $6, Tabu Lounge and Sports Bar, 200 South 12th Street.

Philly Black Gay Pride Karaoke + Scandal Watch
Philadelphia Black Gay Pride (PBGP) is hosting a karaoke and Scandal-viewing party to raise funds for its pride festivities in April. Sara Sherr, of Sing Your Life, hosts the musical part of the evening, with '60s- and Motown-themed karaoke, so bring your fiercest Diana number. Scandal starts at 10 p.m. The $5 admission gets you one drink ticket (good for wells and domestics), and a cut of the rest of the night's bar goes to PBGP. Thursday, March 27th, 9 p.m., $5, Tabu Lounge and Sports Bar, 200 South 12th Street.

Martini Thursdays at PTC
Philadelphia Theatre Company (PTC) is starting a new get-together on Thursdays, inviting folks to pop in before curtain to sip on custom, top-shelf cocktails (for only $3!) and mingle. PTC admin R. Eric Thomas pulled the whole thing together, so you can bet the crowd at this first shindig will be heavy on the L, G, B, and T. You don't have to attend the show to take part, but if you want to stay, here are details on the current production, Vonya and Sonia and Masha and Spike. Thursday, March 27th, 5 p.m., free, Suzanne Roberts Theatre, 480 South Broad Street.

RAM: An NSFW Dance Party
The theme for this month's NSFW Dance Party is RAM, a celebration of the current zodiac sign (and I'm guessing a few other choice actions.) I love the Facebook event description: "It’s not always the size of the horns, but the strength of the charge. Butt heads, lock horns, storm the dance floor." Always the provocateurs, those boys. Thursday, March 27th, 10 p.m., free, Medusa Lounge, 27 South 21st Street.
