PHOTOS: Sneak Peek at Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus’s “When I Knew”
Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus’s March production, “When I Knew,” runs tonight through tomorrow at the Prince Music Theater. The thoughtful show incorporates stories, as told by chorus members, the audience and area youth, about the moment they realized they were gay. Songs will range from contemporary pop to Broadway to an Al Shorter-penned tune, “Oliver is a Sissy,” inspired by Tommie dePaola’s children’s novel of the same name.
