Baby, It’s Cold Outside
In case you’re checking this from your extended vacation in Cabo San Lucas, today is the coldest day (on this date) in the history of recorded weather, dipping below five degrees for the first time ever. From 7:00 a.m.
And that’s not account for wind chill, which puts us closer to -25 degrees. Yes, -25 degrees. Per AccuWeather:
Some things to keep in mind. Philadelphia public schools are not closed or delayed, but these area schools are. If you see someone who needs shelter, call Project Home at 215-232-1984. If you are worried about your pipes bursting, leave your cold faucet on just a little bit, to keep some water flowing.
