Martha Graham Cracker Holiday Show to Benefit Man Attacked in Gayborhood

Philly drag amazon Martha Graham Cracker just posted an update on her Facebook page that this Sunday’s “The Martha Graham Cracker Not Very Christmasy Christmas Party” at L’etage will double as a fundraiser for Nick Forte, the 27-year-old man who was severely beaten in the Gayborhood on Nov. 10.

Martha has released two VIP tickets to the sold-out show, on sale for $100 each. She will give 100 percent of those sales to Forte, who is recovering while he waits for another surgery. He did release a statement to the Martha Graham Cracker camp, saying, “I am overwhelmed at all the support coming in. The kind words are making this horrible experience a bit better and giving me strength.”

VIP ticket holders will be granted early access to the show, prime seating and a hinted song dedication. As of post time, one of the tickets had already been sold, so you better hurry to nab the next one! Purchase here.
