Break-Ins at Resurrection, Honeys Sit n’ Eat Last Night
A handful of Grad Hospital eateries were broken into early this morning. First, we saw this tweet from Resurrection Ale House, which reported no theft but plenty of damage.

Next, we heard that Honeys Sit ‘n Eat, on South St, sustained similar damage. Manager Jo Joseph confirms it, saying that around 3 a.m. the restaurant’s surveillance cameras captured a man throwing a brick throw its front door then walking in, rooting around for money. Alas, there was no money to be had in the computers he was checking out, so he walked out a couple minutes later, empty-handed.

Though I haven’t been able to confirm it yet, Joseph also says there was a similar break in at Dmitri’s, on Pine and 23rd. Philly Mag readers: Let us know if you’ve heard of any more break-ins in the area.
