Another Jersey Town Cracking Down on Baggy Pants?

Wildwood, which banned baggy/saggy pants this summer, has garnered its first copycat: Penns Grove, NJ.

“People keep complaining about these folks walking around town, not caring about how they look or wear their pants. In this situation, pants are down real low and sometimes you can see bare skin. That became offensive to a lot of people,” Mayor John Washington said.

Are you a Philly tourist sick of pricey hotels and long Liberty Bell lines? Head 20 miles south to beautiful riverfront resort town Penns Grove, and you might just get a glimpse of bare skin! Act fast, before the City Council passes an ordinance fining offenders at least $25 dollars for showing off their stuff. [South Jersey Times]
