VIDEO: How Ugly Old Dilworth Plaza Is Becoming Beautiful New Dilworth Plaza

This video was actually made a year ago, but while Dilworth Plaza remains in its endless state of construction, the folks at Center City District decided today to remind us that the goal is a much, much less ugly space than what was there before. Will it actually end up awesome? Only much more time will tell: Construction will be complete in June 2014.
