German Shepherds Rescued In North Philly Raid

The Inky reports: “A raid on a “filthy and uninhabitable” house in North Philadelphia turned up 10 distressed German Shepherds, officials said. Pennsylvania SPCA Humane Law Enforcement Officers descended this afternoon on a rowhouse on the 2100 block of East Tioga Street. Nearby neighbors and businesses owners complained about the conditions at the house, officials said. SPCA officials said they served a search warrant to rescue 10 German Shepherd dogs from the site.”
