Teenager Charged in Abduction of West Philly 5-Year-Old

A 19-YEAR-OLD woman is being charged in connection with the kidnapping of a 5-year-old girl from her West Philadelphia school last month, police said late Thursday. Christina Regusters will be charged with kidnapping, rape, conspiracy, aggravated assault and several related offenses in the Jan. 14 abduction from the girl’s classroom at Bryant Elementary School at Cedar Avenue near 60th Street, Capt. John Darby, of the police Special Victims Unit, said at a brief news conference.
