At Last: Kathleen Kane Picks Prosecutor to Lead Sandusky Investigation

Attorney General Kathleen Kane has announced that former federal prosecutor H. Geoffrey Moulton Jr. (a veritable man of the people) will lead an investigation into why former A.G. Tom Corbett appeared to drag his heels during his own investigation of Jerry Sandusky. Previously, Moulton worked in the U.S. Attorney’s office in Philadelphia and led an investigation into the “Waco Siege” of the Branch Davidian sect, in 1993. And now, he’s the man all Ms. Kane’s political aspirations rest upon. [Patriot-News]
