Sheena Parveen Replaces Hurricane Schwartz at NBC 10’s Nightly News Weather
In case you’ve noticed that your nightly weather forecast has gotten a little bit prettier, you’re not dreaming. Recent NBC 10 acquisition Sheena Parveen has taken over the nighttime weather forecasts from veteran meteorologist Glenn “Hurricane” Schwartz, who has moved into the daytime slots. Station spokesperson Kathleen Burke declined to comment on the change. And no word on whether Schwartz is scaling back due to his recent health scare, since he hasn’t responded to a request for comment. Still, it’s worth noting that while Parveen has taken the prime time spots, Schwartz remains Chief Meteorologist.
