Sandusky Wants Court to Pay His Wife

The attorney representing Jerry Sandusky filed a motion on behalf of the former coach in an attempt to get the court to repay Sandusky’s wife Dottie. Dottie Sandusky wrote a $50,000 check to go with $200,000 collateral covered by the couple’s home in order to cover her husband’s bail. Per state rules, Sandusky has requested that the money be returned to his wife. He’s scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday, October 9th. [StateCollege.com]
