Victim 1 in Sandusky Case to Reveal Identity on October 23rd

The 18-year-old man known as “Victim 1” in the Jerry Sandusky sexual abuse trial is set to reveal his identity in an interview with Chris Cuomo on ABC. On October 23rd, ABC will air the interview to coincide with the release of the victim’s book.  Silent No More: Victim (hash)1’s Fight for Justice Against Jerry Sandusky was co-written by the young man’s mother and psychologist. While the financial details of the book deal haven’t been revealed, the publishing company Ballantine Bantam Dell plans to donate to a charity that advocates for the victims of child abuse. [AP]
